Certifying a Free, Fair, Legal, and Constitutional Election
Although President Trump 'won,' doubts about the election system remain.
The Trump-Johnson Secret continues to work its way through my mind. My belief that January 6th will be more than a procedural vote to certify an election is growing stronger now that I’ve had a chance to look deeper into it. The States officially certified their votes for the 2024 election on December 17th (IYKYK). It’s now up to Congress to accept or reject the results.
In September, CNN reported that January 6, 2025, has been designated as a national special security event. That designation is reserved for significant events like the Super Bowl and the inauguration where security is required on a mass scale. There will be more officers on the ground, broader security perimeters, and the use of technology to detect weapons of mass destruction. Not to worry though. Since President Trump was declared the winner, it’s expected that what the media refers to as ‘rampaging mobs of Trump supporters’ won’t cause any trouble this time around. However, it is my hope that our elected officials will speak for the people and refuse to accept the results of an election that they cannot guarantee was free, fair, legal, and Constitutional. Whether President Trump won or not, many Americans still lack faith in our election system, and that has to change.
When President Trump told us that he and Speaker Johnson have a secret, I think he was referring to the use of a contingent election. In a contingent election, the role of the state electors is bypassed, and Congress takes over the responsibility of electing the President, based on the desires of their respective states. Although President Trump was nominated as President-Elect, the integrity of our election system still hasn’t been addressed. A contingent election conducted by Congress will take the shroud of a tainted election away from his Presidency.
Prior to the election certification, the Speaker of the House will be elected on January 3rd. According to Politico, conservatives are putting Speaker Mike Johnson on notice, saying that he has work to do if he wants to keep his job. Apparently, his job is on shaky ground because, once again, we had to suffer through the not-so-scary prospect of a government shutdown. This happens every year and has become ridiculous and repetitive. However, this time it was useful because it may have been used as a method to get clueless conservatives to pay attention and be frustrated with Mike Johnson.
There have been many times when we were manipulated into losing faith in someone who was working behind the scenes with President Trump. Jeff Sessions, Mike Pence, and Bill Barr are a few examples. While we second guess President Trump’s choices and worry that someone will ruin his plan, real work is taking place in the background. Despite all the drama, President Trump continues to support Mike Johnson. I’m convinced he has a much more important role to play in the future. We’re supposed to question his loyalty so we feel the full shock and awe of the plot twist on January 6th. Imagine sleepy conservatives who are doubting Mike Johnson after the latest government shutdown scare. If he denies the electoral college votes for President Trump on January 6th, they’ll snap to attention, believing they were right for not trusting him. He’ll be considered a traitor and those who haven’t been paying attention will finally start. They won’t understand that he’s doing it with President Trump’s support. Why would anyone who isn’t corrupt certify a fraudulent election?
If this happens the way I think it will, I’ll briefly feel bad for the conservatives who think Speaker Johnson and others turned against President Trump. But I’m going to thoroughly enjoy watching the Democrats – and the media – freak out when the Republicans object to their own victory. That is the moment that we’ll know which members of Congress are serious about cleaning out corruption and fixing our election system.
The Electoral College Reform Act of 2022 (ECRA) was passed by Congress in December 2022. The law updates the Electoral College Act, providing clarity on the counting of electoral votes and outlining the responsibilities between state and federal officials. It places the responsibility of certifying a state’s electors on the Governor, unless otherwise specified by law. In the 2024 election, 21 states certified their electors for Kamala Harris. If the rumors are true that the election was monitored, isn’t it safe to assume that someone knows the exact count of every legal vote? What if President Trump received more votes than we’ve been told?
In July, the Supreme Court unanimously voted to allow states to penalize an elector for voting for someone other than the candidate who won his State’s popular vote. Can you imagine a Governor going against the will of the people in their state by certifying their election for someone other than who the people voted for? Is California really a blue state? Is Illinois? New York? I’ve been waiting for the corrupt Governors in our country to finally enter the picture. They, along with any Secretaries of State and States’ Attorneys who may have played a role in election fraud must be held accountable. Is this how it will be done?
If enough members of Congress reject the states’ electors and President Trump’s certification comes by way of a contingent election, he will have a clear path to investigate election fraud. Election integrity should be one of the first things on his agenda. Without it, real reform will never take place. In an interview on Face the Nation in October, Speaker Johnson said that Democrats have objected to every single Republican victory this century. The media doesn’t report that, but regularly reminds their viewers that Republicans objected to the certification in 2020. It will be fun watching them report on Republicans objecting to their own certification.
Since the American media is biased, they were desperately trying to get Republican members of Congress to admit that they would certify the election if President Trump lost the 2024 election. The video below shows a few of them responding to that question.
These were all aired prior to the 2024 election when the Fake News Media was holding out hope that the Democrat cheat would again be enough to keep President Trump out of office. Every answer is similar. The election will be certified as long as it’s free, fair, legal, and Constitutional. Since no significant changes were made to our election system since 2020, how are we to trust that 2024 wasn’t rigged? Our side may have won but that doesn’t mean our elections are fixed.
Objections to the state electors must be supported by one-fifth of both Houses. This equates to 87 members of Congress and 20 Senators agreeing to the objection. The new rule will eliminate grandstanding by politicians who try to disrupt the process, as the Democrats have done in every Republican victory this century. It also ensures that enough members of Congress are working together to make meaningful change. If one-fifth of Congress objects, and a contingent election is called, each state is allowed one vote. The candidate who receives the majority of votes, at least 26, is elected President. With the current electoral map showing President Trump won 29 states, it’s safe to assume he would receive the majority vote, and become President.
The ECRA is a gift to the American people. It works to the benefit of any elected official who sincerely cares about our country, the rule of law, and certifying legal, Constitutional elections. In addition to the areas already covered, the ECRA clarified that the Vice President’s role in certifying elections is purely administrative. He or she has no bearing on the outcome of certifying the election. Although many people have mixed feelings about Mike Pence, I always thought of him as a selfless patriot. He sacrificed himself and his reputation for the greater good of the United States. And I think he did exactly what was required of him on January 6, 2021. By refusing to interfere in the certification of the 2020 election, Pence removed any threat of Kamala Harris interfering in 2024.
Everything was planned in advance. It’s both amazing and comforting.
The delta for Q 521 is January 13, which is one week after the certification is to take place. In addition to referencing the scare necessary event, that post reminds us that we were chosen for a reason. We were provided the highest level of intel to ever be dropped publicly in the history of the world. We are to use it to protect and comfort those around us.
The time is coming when we’re going to have to guide our friends and family into the truth that they’ve been avoiding. Everything has been a lie, and it starts with our elections. If Republican members of Congress refuse to certify President Trump’s election on January 6th, be ready to explain why they did so. I don’t know what the process will look like, but I think it’s necessary to finally expose the election fraud we all know we’ve been living under for probably most, if not all, of our lives.
Seeing members of Congress refuse to certify a fraudulent election will be the first visible sign to many people that President Trump kept his promise and the swamp is being drained. The events of January 6, 2025, will begin the process of exposing our fraudulent election system.
Sometimes you can't tell the public the truth. You must show them.
Dawn, You are one smart cookie. This article is constructed in a way that makes it a perfectly plausible scenario! It checks a few boxes from Q and Trump Comms, but my favorite part is where you connect it with the ECRA. That made me stop and say “my jimmies is a rustlin’!” 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
That’s an interesting possibility and it would certainly put a spotlight on election fraud, but the one problem that I see, is that I think many of the members of Congress were elected based on fraud.
Can illegitimate members of Congress, certify any election legally?
I have always been of the belief that the evidence will find its way into a courtroom.
That it will be challenged legally which will in turn, question the entire elected government. Both federal and state, which will be the catalyst for a new election (remedy) with all the safeguards Trump continually touts.
Just my opinion though.
